Judy Glaze started Carolina Outpatient Billing Service in 2005. She has worked in the mental health field as a medical records manager, billing manager, collections manager and office manager since 1995. She has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, an associate degree in Administrative Office and Medical Office Assistant.
