Judy Glaze (she/her) is our Billing Manager and started Carolina Outpatient Billing Services in 2005. She has worked in the mental health field as a medical records manager, billing manager, collections manager, and office manager since 1995. She has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, and an associate degree in Administrative Office and Medical Office Assistant.
