What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a current Maryland license (LCPC, LGPC, LCSW, LCMFT).
• Be independent, driven, and collaborative, enhancing our team’s vibrant culture.
• Bring experience in private practice (preferred but not required).
• Be paneled with insurance companies (a plus).

Location

Work is based in our Lexington Park office, with telehealth options available as part of a hybrid model.

Job Type: Full-time/part-time

Pay: $48.00 – $75.00 per clinical hour

           $35.00 per admin hour

Expected hours: 25 per week for full time staff/15 hours for part time staff.
