What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a current Maryland license (LCPC, LGPC, LCSW, LCMFT).
- Be independent, driven, and collaborative, enhancing our team’s vibrant culture.
- Bring experience in private practice (preferred but not required).
- Be paneled with insurance companies (a plus).
Location
Work is based in our Lexington Park office, with telehealth options available as part of a hybrid model.

Job Type: Full-time/part-time
Pay: $48.00 - $75.00 per clinical hour / $35.00 per admin hour.
Annual Earning Potential: $60,000-$90,000
Expected hours: 25 per week for full time staff/15 hours for part time staff.
