I’m Taylor Winston (she/her), LCPC. I graduated from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore with a Bachelor’s in Rehabilitation Psychology in 2019 and a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling in 2021.

I have a passion for therapy and helping others and am open to working with clients from all backgrounds. I have a strong interest in supporting children, adolescents, teens, and young adults, and I focus on creating a safe, affirming, and open space for my clients.

I use a combination of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My goal is to help clients feel supported as they navigate their personal challenges and find healing.

I currently accept BCBS, CareFirst, Aetna, United Healthcare, VA, Medicaid, and Self-Pay.
