Sasha’s background in community mental health, case management, and school settings shaped her work with clients navigating complex trauma, chronic stress, and neurodivergence. As a military spouse, she also understands the challenges of relocation, separation, and the invisible load carried by military families.Sasha is currently accepting new clients and is in network with BCBS, Aetna, and Cigna, and also offers self‑pay options. She provides both in‑person and virtual appointments and works under the clinical supervision of Veronica Rivers, LCSW‑C.
