Welcome to Inner Peace Therapeutic Services. I’m Dr. Jacqui Grantland (she/her), the founder and owner of IPTS. I hold a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Walden University and an M.Ed. in Counselor Education from Texas Tech University. With over 20 years of experience working with a diverse clientele, my approach to therapy is grounded in empathy and respect for each person’s unique journey. It is an honor to hear your story and walk this path with you, witnessing your courage and resilience as we work toward healing together.

I utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including EMDR, CBT, CPT, Hypnotherapy, and TF-CBT, to tailor my approach to fit your specific needs. As a U.S. Air Force veteran and spouse of a career Air Force veteran, I have a special passion for serving the military community. Having been in both roles, I understand firsthand the unique challenges this community faces.

I am also deeply committed to supporting individuals with eating disorders and disordered eating through the Health at Every Size (HAES) model. This framework emphasizes body acceptance, challenges societal and personal beliefs about health and weight, and focuses on well-being rather than weight loss. My dedication to the HAES model ensures a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients can develop a peaceful relationship with their bodies and food.

In addition to my clinical work, I am passionate about mentoring the next generation of counselors and therapists. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) supervisor, I provide supervision for graduate and post-graduate LGPCs.

I currently accept BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum, VA, Tricare, some EAPs, and private pay.
