    Kumi Pledger, LCPC, graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2017.

    As a therapist, she strives to help you sleep better, worry less and enjoy life more! With the help of Reiki, Guided Imagery, Mindfulness, Trauma with Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other related modalities, she uses personal insight and professional experience to provide clients with a safe place to be heard, free of fears, reduce anxieties, eliminate unwanted behaviors, grow, improve and conquer insomnia. She loves empowering others to achieve their goals and dreams and helping people better understand themselves and the world they live in so they can experience more of the joy life offers.

    Her approach as a therapist is compassionate and respectful, honoring each client’s unique strengths and resources to move forward toward positive change and growth. Kumi sees children (as young as 3), adolescents, couples, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning (LGBTQ) Clients, families, and adults for various issues, including, relationship challenges, supporting new and expectant mothers, eating disorders, adjustment problems, trauma, grief, and loss.
