This holistic practice combines ancient yogic techniques with modern psychology, offering a unique approach to emotional well-being. LifeForce Yoga helps reduce anxiety, depression, and stress, promoting balance and healing from within.     If you have been contemplating yoga and have been hesitant to join some of the larger studios, this class is for you. Our classes are intended to be small and offered in a safe therapeutic space free from judgment. Individual classes are also available based on the instructor’s schedule. Classes are $10.00 per person and are offered on Mondays at 9 and Thursdays at 6. Call our office today to register.
